Refund policy
Digital products and subscriptions
Digital products cannot be refunded or returned. Your purchase is final upon payment of your order. We cannot be held liable for any claims if the user did not take their responsibility to read our return policy.
Subscriptions cannot be refunded. Your purchase is final upon payment of your order. You have access to your chosen subscription with all it includes according to the plan you’ve chosen. You have the right to cancel your subscription at any time and will not be charged any costs anymore after the cancellation. You can use your subscription without any limitations until the expiration date. In case of cancellation, you will cease to have access after the expiration date.
Physical products
Artworks
Artworks can be returned within 14 days of receipt. The user is obliged to notify us of this by e-mail within 14 days of receipt of the product. We will give a refund of the value of the product, excluding shipping costs, with the condition that the product is received back in its original state, free of damage. We will carefully judge whether this is the case and will do so with integrity. The safe packaging and return shipping costs are the responsibility of and for account of the consumer and in case the consumer fails to comply to this, any costs that incur will be for account of the consumer.
Aurasprays
Aurasprays cannot be refunded or returned. Your purchase is final upon payment of your order. We cannot be held liable for any claims if the user did not take their responsibility to read our return policy.
Cancellation policy
Workshops, services and events
Participation in workshops and events is final upon receipt of the payment of the participation price.
In case you cannot attend an event or workshop anymore, you have the right to cancel without giving any reason. You always have the option to transfer the workshop to a friend or family member. You can do so with the condition that we accept their participation. We reserve the right to deny someone participation if we feel it will affect the workshop/event negatively. If you want to transfer the event/workshop to someone else, please contact us as soon as possible.
The following cancellation policy applies on all services provided by us.
Terms of cancellation:
Cancellation within 30 days before the start of the event/workshop:
We give you a refund of the full amount of the workshop.
Cancellation within 14 days of the start of the event/workshop:
We give you a refund of the full amount of the workshop if no costs related to the organization and manifestation of the workshop have been made. If there have been costs that were made for the preparation of your participation, we will refund the price of the workshop minus the costs that have been made.
Cancellation within 7 days of the start of the event/workshop:
We will not give you a refund. If you want to transfer the workshop to a friend or family member, you can do so with the condition that we accept their participation. We reserve the right to deny someone participation if we feel it will affect the workshop/event negatively. If you want to transfer the event/workshop to someone else, please contact us as soon as possible.
1:1 sessions
Your booking is finalized when we receive the payment.
If for any reason you cannot attend the session, please let us know at least 48 hours prior to the date of the session. If you did not notify us within 48 hours and cannot attend the session on the day itself for any reason, we can move the session once without charging any costs. If this happens a second time, we will charge the full amount of the session.
