An energetic family constellation is guided through lightwork. In this approach, we work with the understanding that nothing and no one is broken. Instead, certain experiences within a lineage may have remained unresolved or unacknowledged, and these can continue to echo through the family system.

Through love, intention, and gentle energetic work, we invite these places of imbalance to return to harmony. Lightwork supports this process by creating a clear, compassionate space in which old patterns and emotions can soften and naturally realign.

During a session, I hold a steady and loving energetic field that allows your system — and the systems connected to you — to find their own movement toward balance. Nothing is pushed or forced; everything unfolds at the pace and depth your system is ready for.

What to Expect from an Energetic Family Constellation

Sessions take place online of in-person and last approximately 60 minutes.
We begin with a conversation about where you are in your life and which patterns or themes you would like to explore. Together, we tune in to your intention and open the space for the constellation.

During the session, you are invited simply to be present, breathe, and relax. This is your moment to soften and allow. You may notice sensations, emotions, images, or moments of clarity — or simply a deeper sense of peace. Every session is unique and meets you where you are.
