Conscious creation

Softening your heart and making conscious choices isn’t always the easiest thing to do. Especially when we are dealing with time, we can easily feel pressured to make choices in the moment, without taking the time to really feel into them. It can be challenging to live in a fast society where there’s always something to achieve when you are a conscious being that is trying to live the purpose of the soul. Staying rooted in yourself while the wind of possibilities is blowing around you is the invitation.
It requires a lot of smiling to yourself. Smiling to everything that lives inside of you; feelings, ideas, desires, possibilities, etc. And giving it all space to live inside of you as the answer becomes clear. It happens automatically. It doesn’t really matter to know the what’s and why’s; the only thing that matters is that you are aware of everything and that you continue to move at your own pace while the next step becomes clear to you. There’s nothing to chase.
We tend to spend a lot of time analysing our thoughts and feelings. We try to figure out what to make of them or what to do next. But it’s impossible and unfruitful to mentalize something so fluid -and so huge- as our inner world. By labelling things, the flow is interrupted by the force of ‘needing to know’. Gently smiling and letting everything live, however, will stimulate the flow. It’s a very kind gesture to yourself that opens the door to the bigger picture and it will allow you to know all need to know in this very moment, which might be nothing at all.
Offering resistance to not knowing will only amplify it. But smiling and acknowledging it, will mostly bring the understanding that you do not need to know what your next 10 steps will be. When we find balance in the chaos that our inner world can be sometimes, our inner voice will always bring us understanding about how to consciously take the next step on our path. Yes, just the next step, not the next 10 steps. Smiling at yourself and letting go of needing to know provides a powerful base for conscious creation. It opens up the door to greater possibilities. And by greater possibilities I don’t mean doing more or bigger things; it might actually mean understanding that taking smaller steps might be more meaningful for you at the moment. It allows you to take conscious steps for your creations from a united inner world and from a place of deeper understanding of where you need to be.
So giving yourself a smile every now and then is a wonderful gift to yourself and your creations. Small, effortless, but so powerful. It’s a beautiful way to cultivate a deeper understanding of your inner world and purpose as well as building a loving bridge to consciously creating your outer world. And in my experience, less is usually more. Less steps with more meaning.
With all my love and appreciation,
Lynn
