Experiencing meditation as a tool to learn to love yourself more has deeply transformed my life. It has helped me understand that in the bigger picture, it doesn’t matter how much you achieved during your life, it matters how much you loved.
Therefore, this program is not about achieving more, but it’s about allowing yourself to achieve less and love more. Yourself, others, the world, and life.
During these meditations, you are invited to explore the true power of your Soul. The gentleness, the kindness and the unconditional love. With each meditation, you receive an invitation to allow more love into the different areas of your being and you are invited to open your eyes to the transformation that will take place right in front of you.
This series is not a quick fix. It’ s not a spiritual high to escape your feelings. It’ s an invitation to truly ground your Soul into your body, to feel and truly experience the human experience on Earth in a gorgeously soft and enriching way. These meditations open a doorway for you to meet more of yourself. It is a process you start and if you want, it can transform you deeply for the rest of your life.
It will take time, yet everything will happen automatically. All you’ve got to do is be open and do these meditations a couple of times a week to keep on nourishing the process.
What is included in the package?
The package includes a total of 14 meditations categorized in 4 modules that you can use to transform various areas of your life:
Module 1 - The Connection to your Soul
Module 2 – Transforming your Physical Body
Module 3 – Transforming your Emotional Body
Module 4 – Transforming your Mental Body
Each module builds on top of one another, so it is recommended to start with module 1, then module 2, 3 and 4 over a period of 4 to 8 weeks. I recommend taking your time and taking at least 1 to 2 weeks to explore each module, so you can integrate the experiences more deeply. When you have explored all modules at your own pace, you can continue to do the meditations on a regular basis, according to your needs and the area you want to spend attention on.
The meditations are best experienced with headphones, as they have ambient music with binaural beats that will help you relax more deeply.
For the rest, all you have to do is sit or lie down comfortably, relax and be open to the process.
