Self-confidence is not "feeling good about yourself”. It is trusting that your highest good means your highest happiness/pure love. Even when things don't go the way you had hoped they would.
A wise woman once told me: "Sometimes something very impactful happens to you, but you don't understand why it happened until years later."
When something happens that scares us, we often spend hours -or even days- analysing and solving the problem. We then feel unhappy and are convinced that over-analysing is the only solution. But unfortunately, nothing could be further from the truth. It is a humble art to let things be, even if it feels uncomfortable. Sometimes unpleasant things happen to us and we’re not meant to understand them until weeks, months or sometimes years later. They are part of a process. And this is where self-confidence, aka. trusting your highest good comes into play again.

Things don't always turn out the way we would like them to, but isn't it true that in retrospect you are often grateful that you stumbled upon certain difficulties? Sometimes, it takes years to realize that they were enriching experiences that made our life more beautiful. That's the game of life.
It's about having faith in the path to your highest happiness. And no matter how winding that road may be, keeping faith that you will eventually end up where you want to be most.
Have faith that your soul knows the way.
With all my light, love, kindness, and appreciation,
Lynn
